Intex launches new handset with 5 LED torch, Hero

Intex mobile has pleased the Indian market with it latest 5 LED Torch handset christened Intex Hero. The company boasts its product and dares the battery life(45 days of stand-by) to that of Nokia 1100. The of late handset in the lower end range has been this Nokia 1100 but Intex is on the verge of superceding Nokia by inplanting the 5 LED lights. The Hero, as claimed by its official, is targeted to the rural sector, who prefer basic ammunition in this communication trend thereby catering the brand line of value based services.
The technical specifications portray this Hero to have a 1800m Ah battery in addition to the store in back up despite the company’s assured 9 hours of talktime. The industry looks this feature as a boost for those who belong to II and III tier sectors; Intex Hero also has an FM radio, camera. MP3 audio play, phonebook memory of 1000 contacts and expandable memory. The price tag displays Rs2999 along with the prominent battery life.
