Samsung Omnia (W I8350) is the best phone when we consider the features. It has Super AMOLED display with 480×800 resolution (same resolution of galaxy s2), secondary camera etc. It is a windows phone. Not very user friendly.
Android OS will be a better option. If you want Android, then Samsung Galaxy Ace is the best one in this list.
my advice, go for iphone 4s..
Its the best phone ever..
It has evrythng wich d phones in this list have and much much more!
Wait for iphone 5 if u can..
It is to be launchd soon!
Specs-wise: The Galaxy Ace is the best. Real-world performance, the Lumia 710. This is because it runs Windows Phone, which is a very simple OS: it doesn’t have to do anything extraordinary (like android).
the Lumia 710: it is easy to use, the menus look great even on a budget phone, and the build quality is superb. The major drawback is apps: Windows phone is the new kid on the block, and as such there are like 10X more apps for android than Windows Phone. It still has most of the major apps though.
If you would be open to considering other phones: HTC One V is a new budget phone nearly free on a 2 year term, the Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 should be out in the next few weeks, and it really gives you a bang for your buck.
