Go for windows mobile or android from htc. They have a lot more to offer than symbian. Nokia hasnt changed much in symbian os for a long time.
I recommend you to go for HTC because it one the leading company now to make smartphones and it has android os which is far way much better then Nokia’s symbian which shares 43% of the OS market. So if you asking NOKIA VS HTC then obviously its HTC..

actually nokia has just released a firmware update for ur phone, if it hasnt appeared in ur sw app yet, it will soon. Its called anna update and it improves all aspects of ur phone vastly. The next free update is called belle, its due in afew months time. So nokias running the newer symbian^3 os will always be up to date. U have an excellent phone in ur possession. Its up to u if u want the best or if u just want whats popular.
