    All mobiles are branded ones its all about which brand gets most popular. I guess you want to know whether Alcatel is an Indian company. Well the answer is NO. It is based on Honk Kong company, TCL communication group. But Alcatel mobiles are good. The company deals with software solutions for mobiles and internet.
