Reliance Communications partners Univercell for Wireless Broadband Service

Reliance Communications joins hands with mobile phone retailer Univercell to promote wireless broadband service in TamilNadu.

Through this venture Univercell will retail Reliance “Netconnect Broadband Plus” in all the 42 stores in the city. The company currently has around 300 stores in India.

Reliance Communications has a strong customer base in Tamil Nadu. As of October it has 62.42 lakh subscribers and it benefits the customers with internet connection plans ranging from Rs 499 to Rs 1750.

Reliance Communications launched the “Netconnect Broadband” service in March 2009 across the country.
