Skype avowed Beta version for Symbian phones
Skype have announced a beta version of their Symbian application and it comes close to the desktop version.
This beta release of Skype for Symbian supports more than ten different handsets, with the production release planned to be compatible with even more phones.
Skype for Symbian supports:
* Free Skype-to-Skype calling
* Call phones with Skype credits or subscription
* Receive calls on your Online Number
* Instant Messaging
* Group conversations
* File sending and receiving
Skype for Symbian works over Wifi or 3G data connection.It is better to have an unlimited data plan when using 3G connection.
