Samsung Punches With 32-GB Flash Memory

Samsung, astound the mobile world by its cutting edge technology and unveiled a breakthrough for its NAND flash memory that could lead to much more storage in handheld devices. The drift of packing the movies will further gain steam with new handsets sporting larger screens and nearly 32 GB memory capacity.

The new loom manages to fit,

• 32 gigabytes of memory into a single chip.
• The extra-thin supports measure of just 0.6mm (0.02in) thick.
• These extras “stripped” packages are brawny.
• Adjoining with a 30 nanometer congregation process, the chips are both 40 percent thinner and lighter
• Gives the impression of being thinner smartphones and media players.

Samsung Mobile has just launched ‘Samsung Movies’ in Europe where consumers can own or rent a movie for the mobile phone. Similar model could also be replicated in India. Dialogue’s with movie right owners to premier new releases in its handsets are under progress so that movies will also be added to its VAS portal and some of which will be free and chargeable.

But still the Korean company hasn’t revealed when it expects to release the more compact memory or who its customers will be, contemporarily Apple is thought to be Samsung’s largest customer and it may be the earliest adoptees of NAND flash memory.
