Posted on the April 17th, 2009 under General by vicky

We are very happy to announce the launch of “SMS Messenger“, a new service from CellBharat.com, which allows users to send unlimited free SMS to any mobile phones in India. The service allows free SMS to both GSM and CDMA mobile subscribers in India and supports all the operators including Airtel, BSNL, Vodafone, Idea, Aircel, MTS, Tata Indicom, Loop mobile, Reliance and Virgin.

The service doesnt require any hassle registration process however  requires verification of mobile number for the first time to avoid spamming. A four digit passkey will be sent along with the verification which will help the users to skip the verification on the subsequent times. Users will be allowed to send SMS of 99 characters in length. Recipient can send the reply messages directly to sender’s inbox and continue active conversation.

The service can be accessed at http://cellbharat.com/sms
