Intex launches touchscreen phone at Rs. 5000

IN 5000 and IN 5040, the new handsets from the Intex are new arrivals in the mobile market. IN5000 is claimed to be the first from GSM touch screen which has a 2” TFT touch screen, wrapped in a leather flap, FM radio, mobile tracker, camera, expandable memory up to 2GB, GPRS, Bluetooth, audio and video player and phonebook memory for 1000 contacts. The phone is available at a price of Rs. 5000.

IN 5040 is a dual-sim handset with features like a camera, Bluetooth with A2DP, FM radio, USB PC support, expandable memory, audio and video player and phonebook for 1000 contacts. Price Rs5500.

The company claims that these two models are offered in tune with the company’s policy of latest technology at competitive prices. With promising support pouring from the customers, INTEX hopes to satisfy them with newer ranges and in particular G+G genre in the first quarter of this financial year.
