If you are one among the iPhone fanatics who is struggling between, to decide whether to go for an unlocked hacked iPhone or to wait for the legal handset, here is a good news for you. Apple iPhone likely to be released in India by September of this year. According to the hearsays, Apple is currently holding talks with Vodafone for a possible carrier deal.

Apple will initially launch the 8Gb version of iPhone and it will be priced between Rs 27,200 and Rs 28,000. Based on the buyer response, Apple will then launch the 16GB and 32 GB, which would be launched in International market by then.

We feel, going with exclusive carrier deal with one service provider is not a good option for a widely spread Indian market, as the market share is evenly spread among 3 – 4 players. However, if the proposed number portability is live by that time, Apple and Vodafone will be beneficiary.
