Hi , These guys have horrible service they keep sending wrongs messages on the charges and will not espond back when contacted. They cannot even give you your complaint number. They will start from 001 always. They donot respond to the emails. and if you get frustated and wanted to discontinue and ask them to take back the instrument (i.e if you have taken the instrument on hire) they will just disappear. Be careful if you are signing up with them. although their interface is good – the quality is like the one you get in cable. they are a bit slow in going thru the menu of choice. Has a decent mix of old and new movies for movie-on-demand option. Also one must keep in mind that you have two intruments using electricity the Modem + IPTV box – which will silently get added to your bill. Therefore they should somewhat optimise on the cost.
The net speed or the voice didnot get effected when using the IPTV.
If BSNL wants to get the advantage of the first to come out with IPTV it needs to change the service provider. Stay away from this service provider if you want peice of mind.
all the Best
